On Friday April 29, 2011, the Niagara Association of REALTORS successfully launched the Commercial Council Niagara (CCN) at the Hilton Garden Inn in Niagara-on-the-Lake. The CCN is a newly created Commercial Council for the Commercial REALTORS of the Niagara Association of REALTORS who strive to provide unique services required by commercial practitioners.
Commercial REALTORS adhere to a strict code of professional standards, assuring their clients the highest level of service, integrity and competence. They have the skills and tools needed to provide professional service through specialized education, continuing education, standard forms, clauses and commercial property databases.
Commercial REALTORS include experts in the sale and/or leasing of office, industrial, retail, business, land, industrial and investment real estate.
