Provincial Incorporation

Ontario provincial business incorporation is completed through the following processes. Three forms must be completed and submitted to the provincial government. These forms include a NUANS Name Search (Newly Upgraded Automated Name Search), Articles of Incorporation, and Consent to Act as First Director. The NUANS Name Search is provided by various private organizations and can be conducted online.
