Present a cohesive Niagara agenda and ensure a united front when approaching the provincial and federal governments in relation to their policies, programs, and investments that affect the region.
Establish a comprehensive and collaborative research agenda for Niagara that is robust and supports the cohesive Niagara collective voice agenda.
Host an annual summit to identify and strengthen core regional directions, values and achievements that directly impact Niagara’s future prosperity.
