There are ten Chambers of Commerce operating within Niagara's municipalities. The Chambers are voluntary organizations of business and professional people, service clubs, and community organizations dedicated to promoting the civic, economic and social well-being of their respective communities. Members meet regularly to address community and business development issues and to network. They support important community projects, provide information on business services, act as mentors to start-up companies, and often make representation to governments on civic and business concerns. Member services are usually coordinated by a volunteer executive and paid administrative staff.
